Payment Policies

AMAZON EXPERIENCE is a travel agency and tourism operator that offers its services to both end customers and national and international retail travel agencies. We provide payment methods that adapt to each type of customer and their needs.

Payment Methods:

  1. Cash Payment:
    Cash payments can be made in person at our commercial office, either in Peruvian soles (S/) or US dollars (US$), depending on the price and rate of the service purchased.
    It is important to note that counterfeit bills or coins are not accepted. If any are received, legal action will be taken in accordance with the law.
  2. Bank Transfers and Deposits to Our Bank Accounts:
    Payment via bank transfer or deposit will only be valid upon sending the transaction receipt to the following accounts:
  3. Payment via Payment Link (Niubiz and Izipay):
    You must request the card payment rate and the payment link from your travel advisor. Complete your personal information, enter your card details, and proceed with the payment. Once the process is completed, the payment confirmation will be sent to our registered email address.
    Accepted cards:
    VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB.
  4. Card Payments at the Office via POS (Izipay):
    The customer must request the card payment service and bring their card close to the POS terminal. They will then enter their PIN and/or signature, depending on the type of card. The receipt will be sent via text message to the customer’s mobile phone.

    VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB.

Payments made through any of these methods must be validated to ensure the correct transaction and delivery of the service.
